This free-to-play adventure is based on the story of Davy Jones, a notorious pirate who is the main antagonist of the novel (and film) of the same name.
The story begins in the year 1806, when Captain William Flint and his crew are attacked by a vicious storm, which leaves many dead and wounded. After the storm, the survivors, who are in a desperate state, decide to sail to the nearest safe harbor, which is the island of Calavera.
However, on the way, they are attacked by another fierce storm, which leaves them even more dead and wounded. After the storm, the survivors manage to sail to the island of Java, which they claim is their home. However, the inhabitants of Java, who are also survivors of the storm, are not happy to see them and try to kill them. Fortunately, the pirates manage to escape and get away from Java.
